Senior Finance Executive

Company Description: BizCraft Advisors is a multidisciplinary corporate advisory firm that brings Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Legal Professionals together to deliver integrated solutions. With over 15 years of experience and more than 120 active clients across four service verticals, the firm provides partner-led advisory in finance, compliance, taxation, and corporate law. Our services span startup advisory, FEMA and cross-border structuring, audit and assurance, Virtual CFO offerings, taxation, and corporate secretarial and legal support.
Role: Senior Finance Executive
Location: Bangalore (Onsite Only)
Experience: 3–5 years of continuous experience at CA firm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounting & Reporting: End-to-end accounting, monthly book closure, financial statements, MIS and variance analysis
• Direct Taxation: Tax computations, ITR filings, tax audit support, notices and TDS compliance
• GST: GSTR-1, 3B and Annual Returns, GST vs Books reconciliation, ITC validation, notices and replies
• Audit & Assurance: Statutory, tax, internal and Government audits, with financial due diligence exposure (basic transfer pricing is a plus)
• Client Management: Independent client handling, meeting timelines, coordinating with juniors and articles, and partner-level reporting
  

ELIGIBILITY

• 3–5 years of continuous CA firm experience (Mandatory)
• Currently employed in a CA firm (Mandatory)

• Experienced Graduate or Semi-qualified CA
• Exposure to handling multiple clients
  

Skills

• Tally (Mandatory); QuickBooks and Zoho Books (Preferred)
• MS Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
• Working knowledge of the Income Tax Act, GST Law, Companies Act and FEMA basics
