Manager - Plant HR - Manufacturing

We at 'Bizlumina Services' are seeking a seasoned, proactive, and hands-on HR leader to head the Human Resources function at our high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing facility in Bangalore. This on-site role requires strong industrial relations expertise, a strategic mindset, and an approachable leadership style with high visibility across the plant floor, production units, and senior management.

• Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
• 2. Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership role in a Plant/Industrial setting.
• 3. Proven expertise in managing HR in manufacturing environments.
• 4. Strong command of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
• 5. Experience working with unions and navigating labor contracts.
• 6. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
• 7. Exposure to HR systems transformation and HR tech implementation is a plus.
