Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and production support across multiple Workday modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM systems and collaborating directly with business stakeholders and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Workday HCM modules.
• Manage and support Workday integrations and reporting.
• Work across Workday modules including:
• HCM
• Advanced Compensation
• Benefits
• Talent Management
• Absence Management
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution of functional and technical problems.
• 
  Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end users to resolve system queries.
• Ensure smooth operation of Workday HCM processes and reporting requirements.

Required Experience

• 710 years of overall experience in HR technology or enterprise systems.
• 68 years of relevant Workday experience.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Workday HCM modules
• Workday integrations
• Workday reporting
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting Workday issues.
