Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
• Work closely with sales and finance teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Monitor accounts receivable and drive timely collections.
• Handle escalations and resolve payment disputes with customers.
• Analyze payment trends and suggest improvements in credit control.
• Ensure compliance with client systems, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies in the O2C (Order-to-Cash) process and implement improvements.
• Explore automation and tech-driven solutions to streamline invoicing and collections.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Management, or a related
• field(preferred).
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in finance or a similar role.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and speech.
• Strong attention to detail!
