Job Description

    As an experienced Sales Manager with 10-15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in automotive sales (CVBU-ILCV), you will be responsible for independently managing the sales business, encompassing all the company's products and services. Your role will involve making crucial decisions regarding the sales unit to achieve optimal market utilization, high customer satisfaction, and departmental yields in alignment with the company's management objectives. Coordinating and overseeing the sales staff, you will represent M&M standards and philosophy externally.
    Your qualification basis for this role is any graduation, coupled with specialized knowledge in communication, analytical skills, dynamic situation handling, leadership, motivation, basic computer skills, and people management. Your key responsibilities will involve planning, supporting the company management in sales-related planning issues such as volume planning and profitability, defining market goals, coordinating with performance targets, and developing strategies to enhance turnover and profitability in Sales.
    In the realm of marketing, you will collaborate with the marketing department to plan quarterly and monthly marketing strategies and budgets based on sales targets. Your involvement will extend to media advertising, direct marketing, event planning, customer loyalty activities, communication budget determination, and ensuring appropriate fittings for demonstration and display vehicles.
    Human resources management forms a crucial part of your role, including determining HR requirements for Sales, participating in candidate selection, conducting interviews, employing new staff, developing induction plans, coaching, motivating employees, defining target agreements, assessing performance, and initiating disciplinary measures when necessary. You will also focus on employee development, establishing personal goals, fostering team growth, managing remuneration, and supervising attendance and holiday planning.
    Operational management tasks will include optimizing customer contacts, ensuring the effectiveness of customer interactions, presenting products and services actively, availability of additional services, maintaining sales standards, monitoring vehicle orders and deliveries, and supervising M&M sales staff to meet standards and actively offer services.

    Quality management responsibilities encompass defining processes, leading QM discussions, planning customer surveys, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining M&M quality standards, addressing customer needs post-sale, handling complaints effectively, and suggesting EDP concepts to improve customer service.
    Information management duties involve keeping sales literature, product brochures, and documentation up to date, monitoring reports on the brand and competitors, and ensuring information dissemination to employees to enhance performance.
