Senior HR Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will lead the recruitment efforts for a specific business unit, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Your focus will be on strategic recruitment and building strong relationships.

What you will do: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, from creating job descriptions to extending offers. You'll also manage a pipeline of candidates and work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business unit needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering a positive brand image.
• 
  Use various sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
• Track key recruitment metrics and report on progress, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
