Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will lead the recruitment efforts for a specific business unit, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Your focus will be on strategic recruitment and building strong relationships.
What you will do: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, from creating job descriptions to extending offers. You'll also manage a pipeline of candidates and work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business unit needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering a positive brand image.
- Use various sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on progress, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
