Marketing And Public Relations Specialist Italian-Speaking

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage channel marketing plans in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Work closely with distributors and channel partners to support joint marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility.
• Plan, organize, and execute seminars, partner training sessions, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Represent the company professionally at partner meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
• Support sales teams through coordinated marketing, PR activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and partner communications.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Manage partner engagement activities and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and management) to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Italian speaker (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience in channel marketing, partner support, or relationship management.
• Experience working closely with distributors and managing long-term partner relationships.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently present the company, products, and value proposition.
• Ability to support sales initiatives through integrated marketing and PR activities.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to attend events, exhibitions, and partner meetings as required.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
