Sr DAS Support Engineer

Senior DAS Support Engineer serves as the Level 3 escalation point and technical authority for distributed antenna systems and in-building wireless environments across healthcare and enterprise deployments. The role provides hands-on support for multi-vendor DAS and private LTE/CBRS platforms, with responsibility for complex incident resolution, system reliability, planned maintenance, and technical coordination. The engineer leads technical work through diagnosis, implementation, validation, and closure. This requires sound engineering judgment, effective coordination with customers, carriers, OEMs, and field teams, and disciplined execution within established change-control and service-level requirements.
