Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager with strong expertise in Used Commercial Vehicle Loans. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in team management, vehicle finance, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end branch operations for the used commercial vehicle loan business.
- Drive sales and achieve business targets in line with company goals.
- Lead and manage a team of field executives and credit officers.
- Conduct customer meetings, loan processing, and documentation.
- Ensure timely disbursal of loans and manage collections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and provide regular feedback to the management.
