Working Days- 6 (Field work) ( Two Wheeler Mandatory )

Working Designation - Key Account Manager (individual role)

• Education: graduate / post graduate 
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills, good negotiation 
• Language : English, Hindi, kannada
• New acquisition skills required
• Willing to travel and are ready to visit as per the company ask

• Ability to identify customers ( SME ) FTL requirements and clearly communicate the product offerings to match their needs.
• Service a geographical area/client segment to generate leads & sign new customers. Responsible for negotiation & pricing closure.
• Manage a portfolio of customers ( SME ) and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
• Conversion of qualified leads into customers (First Time Buyers) across Major, Small and Medium Business Accounts and develop and penetrate existing accounts.
