Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across multiple domains.
Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements and organizational standards.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Utilize job portals and social media sourcing effectively for candidate identification.
Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal teams.
Be self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
