AI/ ML Architect

We are seeking an ML Architect/Principal AI Engineer with over +5 years of professional experience in software design and data science background.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software engineering principles, software architecture design, and best practices, with proven experience in Cloud Systems in the ML context. As an ML

Architect you will play a key role in our innovation organization producing high level designs for our AI/ML systems, aligning with other peers, Tech Leads and Data Scientists

on the best practices for this domain.

This position is to work on AI/ML related projects. We are looking for someone with

experience in Azure, and with proven experience delivering Production Ready solutions

since the ideation phase.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for agent-based AI systems, contributing to the development of a standardized Agentic Reference Architecture.
• Capture and document reusable GenAI design patterns, enabling accelerated solution development and consistent implementation across teams.
• Draft and maintain technical guardrails and playbooks that establish governance, safety, and operational guidelines for responsible AI and engineering practices.
• Create and maintain documentation with high quality for the different initiatives the team is participating in, including reference architectures
• Participate or lead in design conversations among systems and other
• Architects/Principal Engineers for critical systems that can be on premise or Cloud.
• Work with other architects on documenting our current AI landscape and apply governance on our tech stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and/or systems designs.

Get Hired
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and architecture.
• Proficiency in design software architecture and pipelines in the AI/ML space.
• Experience on the delivery of cloud architectures (e.g., *Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. (SAFE is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Good to Have

• Experience with Python and/or Machine Learning / Data Engineering projects.
• Experience working with Azure AI Foundry and/or LLMs.
• ADOIT or other Architecture documentation tool experience.
• Product Oriented mindset.
