• Employee Life Cycle Management Hiring to F&F settlement
• HR Cost Budgeting & Workforce Planning
• Candidate Sourcing Consultants, Jobsites, References
• Promote Internal Job Posting (IJP)
• Conduct & Coordinate Interviews across levels
• Onboarding, Joining Procedures & Induction of New Joiners
• Grievance Handling & Resolution of Plant/Work Condition Issues
• HR Operations Time Attendance, Payroll inputs to HRSS, Overtime, Loans & Advances (SOP adherence)
• Contract Management Statutory Compliances, Manpower Allocation, Approval of Contract Workforce Bills
• Liaison with Govt. Officials for Statutory Compliances
• Maintain Harmonious Industrial Relations
• Ensure SOP adherence Recruitment, Induction & Trainings (Zy TIMS)
• Support in Accident/Medical Cases Liaise with Govt. & Local Bodies
• Conduct Employee Engagement Activities
• Performance Management System (PMS) As per Guidelines
• Prepare & Provide HR MIS Reports
• Drive Manpower Productivity Improvement Initiatives
• Manage & Revise HR & Admin SOPs
• Departmental QMS Activities Incident, Deviation & CAPA handling
• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Manager
