Job Description
CA WITH:
1. Global Financial Strategy & Controls:
- Standardize global accounting policies across all international manufacturing plants and foreign entities.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements.
- Design internal control frameworks to mitigate multi-jurisdictional fraud and operational errors.
2. Cross-Border Tax & Treasury Optimization:
- Structure global transfer pricing models to ensure tax compliance and maximize profitability.
- Manage foreign exchange risks using hedging strategies, forwards, and options contracts.
- Optimize international capital structures by managing cross-border debt, equity, and dividend repatriation.
3. Supply Chain & Operations Finance:
- Evaluate financial viability of international plant expansions, foreign joint ventures, or manufacturing relocations.
- Analyze global landed costs including tariffs, freight, customs duties, and local labor variances.
- Govern international working capital by optimizing overseas inventory levels and foreign receivables.
