What you will do

The role involves leading express stores which are cornerstones of Blinkit operations. This role is heavily invested in operations, customer experience & service levels, quality assurance, and talent development for the express stores.

• Lead all aspects of express stores operations including but not limited to inbound, inventory, last mile operations, manpower management, rostering, and training.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to all SOPs as part of express stores operations.
• Lead, manage, and motivate full express stores team within a time-sensitive and demanding operational environment.

• Ensuring safety & quality compliance across the premises.
• Performance monitoring and collaborating with operation teams on operational / customer experience metrics, including root cause analysis of problems and planning corrective actions.

Qualification

• Graduate/Post graduate with strong interest in operations. Selected candidates will join as trainees for 3 months.
• Highly data-driven individual who enjoys on-ground operations.
• Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic organisation.
