About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will lead high-impact operational and strategic initiatives across the supply chain and operations ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, optimize network performance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business outcomes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic programs that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Drive process improvements across warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain, and network planning.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Category, Procurement, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.

- Develop scalable processes and standard operating procedures to support business growth.
- Monitor program milestones, track KPIs, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Prepare dashboards, business reviews, and presentations for leadership.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of projects.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Process Excellence, or Consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High ownership, execution focus, and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates from e-commerce, retail, FMCG, logistics, supply chain, consulting, or high-growth startups are encouraged to apply.
