Essential Requirements:

• Good communication and articulation skills
• Analytical capability - Data understanding and decision-making
• Willingness to be on the ground on a daily basis and build long-term relationships
• Dissecting problems and implementing solutions
• Stakeholder management and handling cross-functional verticals
• Ability to function in extremely dynamic and fast-paced plans and execution strategies.
• Be able to work on multiple charters and programs, maintaining high standards of execution.
