Role Overview:
We are scaling our new vertical focusing on Quick Commerce. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a lead Program Manager for this vertical. The candidate will be spearheading the development, and execution of our reverse logistics operations, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive strategy and roadmap for the Quick Commerce vertical in alignment with the company's objectives and growth targets.
- Team Coordination and BAU: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Quick Commerce across cities, lead daily standups and maintain proper coordination with multiple internal teams including operations, product-tech, finance etc.
- Expansion and Scalability: Drive the expansion of quick commerce to new hubs and cities according to the phased rollout plan. Identify opportunities for scalability and growth while maintaining operational excellence.
- PnL Management: Manage end to end PnL, improve Gross Margins as business scales and drive visibility to all teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and <1 year of work experience.
- Preferred only Tier 1 colleges.
- Basic MS-Excel & SQL fluency is a must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Passionate about delivering great customer experience is required.
