Bloom Raya is a womens functional health clinic specializing in hormone balance, fertility care, metabolic health, and preventive medicine. We operate with structured clinical protocols and a disciplined patient workflow system.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Front Office Executive to manage reception operations, patient coordination, and case workflow support.
Freshers are welcome. Structured training will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
Professional patient greeting and front desk management
Appointment scheduling (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
Maintenance of patient records and documentation
¢ Basic billing and receipt handling
¢ Case file sorting before consultation
¢ Categorization before PIS (Patient Intake System)
¢ Coordination of daily clinic workflow
Required Competencies
¢ Clear communication skills (English mandatory)
¢ Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, typing)
¢ Organized and detail-oriented
¢ Professional appearance and conduct
¢ Ability to handle responsibility independently
Eligibility
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: 02 years
