As a Solutions Consultant, you ll combine technical & functional expertise with business acumen to guide customers through the evaluation and adoption of Bloomreach solutions. You ll partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to design compelling solutions, deliver engaging demos, and ensure prospects clearly see the business value Bloomreach brings.
What You ll Do
- Drive and support the technical sales process for enterprise customers across the EMEA region.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and tailored solution designs.
- Translate customer needs into Bloomreach value propositions connecting business and technical stakeholders, from merchandisers to C-level executives.
- Support RFP submissions, proof-of-concepts, and solution documentation with a high standard of execution.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
You may come from either a technical pre-sales or a retail/brand-side background:
- 3+ years technical pre-sales experience in Digital Commerce, Enterprise Search, or related solutions OR
- 3+ years client-side experience in retail/brand commerce, delivering successful digital experience initiatives (product discovery, commerce, or visual merchandising).
- Strong understanding of SaaS and modern sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger).
- Familiarity with pre-sales methodologies such as Demo2Win or Great Demo!.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), with confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Fluent English, UK-based, and willingness to travel within EMEA.
- (Bonus) Proficiency in German or French.
- Proven ability to influence enterprise deals through strategic storytelling and solution design.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to customer journeys, targeting, and personalization.
- Experience leading conversations across Marketing, Product, IT, and Executive Leadership.
- Previous exposure to enterprise-grade product discovery or visual merchandising platforms (e.g. Constructor, Algolia, Attraqt, Coveo).
