Position SummaryBlue Ashva Capital is seeking a Credit Analyst to join our dynamic Investment Team, focusing on our Structured Credit vertical. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing diverse investment opportunities , conducting thorough credit analysis, and assisting in executing deals within the private credit segment. This role is integral to sourcing and structuring investments in the Credit Markets and assisting in all aspects of the investment process.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough credit analysis.
Conduct market and asset-level research and due diligence on a sponsor, industry, and fund level.
Perform detailed financial modelling, scenario analysis, and valuation.
Assist in all aspects of investing and deal execution, including deal evaluation and structuring, documentation, client outreach, legal and tax considerations, and investment committee processes.
Assist in designing and developing innovative structures that meet business and client needs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth deal execution.
Assist in the ongoing monitoring of investments and proactively manage portfolio performance, providing regular updates to management on key metrics and performance drivers.
Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, borrowers, and external advisors, to facilitate successful deal closures.
In conjunction with Product Strategy, prepare marketing materials for new fund offerings and participate in conference calls.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5 - 8 years of relevant experience demonstrating a deep understanding of sector- specific nuances.
Track Record: Proven track record in credit analysis, debt investment, and private and structured credit, preferably within a fund or buy-side environment.
- Education: MBA / CA / CFA (Preferred) with strong academic credentials

Strong grasp of credit instruments, debt structures, and financial markets.
Demonstrate strong financial modelling skills.
Proficiency in examining financial statements and cash flow projections.
Ability to navigate complex deal structures within regulatory frameworks.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to articulate complex investment strategies and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Uphold high ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout all stages of deal execution.
