Regional Director - Supply Chain Finance

What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for customer acquisition and portfolio growth
- Acquire and manage mid-market clients requiring working capital and SCF solutions
- Understand client financing needs and structure customized lending solutions
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the customer lifecycle
- Lead commercial negotiations with CXOs, finance leaders, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with lending partners to ensure timely sanctioning and disbursement of facilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships across customers and financial institutions
What We're Looking For:

- 4-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, SME Lending, Working Capital Solutions, Corporate Banking, NBFCs, Fintech, Debt Syndication, or Boutique Investment Banking
Proven success in:
- New customer acquisition
- Mid-market and SME client management
- Secured and unsecured lending
- Supply Chain Finance and Vendor Financing
Strong understanding of:
- Lending ecosystems
- Working capital products
- Credit and risk fundamentals
- Financial structuring and negotiations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial acumen
