What Your Role Entails

The Service Delivery Engineer will be responsible for managing customer service complaints, ensuring timely preventive maintenance services, handling warranty claims, coordinating defective material returns, and supporting spares and repair & service (R&S) business activities in line with company policies and service standards.

What Youll Do:

Complaint Management

• Handle complaint management from acknowledging calls received from the call center to closing the service call in ServIT.
• Conduct daily reviews of pending complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complaints to the SDH/AM whenever additional support is required for effective complaint resolution.

Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS)

• Render Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) as per the schedule generated through the system.
• Achieve PMS adherence in line with the divisions target.

Warranty & Material Management

• Arrange for the return of defective materials as required.
• Raise warranty claims wherever applicable in accordance with company procedures.

Spares & Repair Services

• Submit offers for Non-AMC requirements, including Spares and Repair & Services (R&S), as per company guidelines and policies.
• Ensure booking and billing of orders in compliance with company processes.

Your success is grounded in

• Educational Background: You should hold a BE or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: A proven track record of 3-12 years in Service delivery.
• Technical Acumen: Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, as youll be addressing diverse challenges.
• Industry Insight: Experience in understanding of complaint management, preventive maintenance. Background experience in HVAC is advantageous.
