Key Responsibilities:

1. AMC Coordination & Activation

•Coordinate with Cold Room Planning, Installation, and Service Delivery Branch In-charges for AMC validation.

• Coordinate with channel partners for site-wise AMC validation and activation (product registration).

• Prepare and submit AMC validation files for each Namo customer to the central team within defined timelines for the activation.

•Prepare and submit one-time repair work offers prior to AMC customers for NIC customers. (Not in contract customers).

2. Revamp Coordination & Execution

•Assign channel partners for revamp inquiry sites and coordinate site visits.

• Prepare and share BOQ with respective KAMs.

• Arrange and release work orders to channel partners for the site visit.

•Once the PO is received, ensure the billing and material delivery to the site and inform the Planning, Installation & Service (PI&S) in-charge for execution scheduling.

3. Billing & Commercial Management

• Execute billing upon PO receipt as per commercial terms.

• Carry out low-side/balance billing post work completion.

• Support KAM on invoice submission to the customers and ensure documentation completeness.

• Support reconciliation and resolve billing-related queries or escalations.

Experience3 to 5 years of experience in Cold room/HVAC background

Skills- Proficiency in MS Excel and system-related tools

Qualification- Diploma / B.Tech / Any Degree
