Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves monitoring team performance, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and maintaining brand standards in alignment with organizational goals.
