Role Description

This is a highly interactive and hands-on internship role for a Sales Executive Intern, based on-site at our Hyderabad location. As a Sales Executive Intern, you will assist in providing excellent customer service, understanding consumer needs, and offering tailored recommendations from our jewellery collections. You will play a key role in maintaining store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets. Interns will also gain exposure to inventory management and learn industry best practices in selling luxury products.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and convey product knowledge effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service and building customer relationships in a retail or sales environment.

    Understanding of luxury retail trends or a willingness to learn about fine jewellery, gems, and metals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with attention to meeting goals and objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, on-site retail environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
