**Your Impactful Role:**

As a Junior Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US Staffing business. Your attention to detail and expertise in finance operations will ensure accurate billing, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Youll work closely with our US and India teams, making a significant impact on our financial processes and contributing to our success.

- Prepare and process client invoices (W2, C2C, 1099) with precision.

- Validate timesheets, bill rates, and contract terms to support revenue recognition.

- Track consultant expenses and reimbursements, ensuring smooth operations.

- Perform AR/AP entries, bank reconciliations, and maintain vendor/client records.

- Prepare MIS reports and Excel dashboards for insightful analysis.

**What Were Looking For:**

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in US Staffing or IT Staffing.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with QuickBooks.

- Strong understanding of US Staffing business models, billing, payroll, and AR/AP processes.

- Excellent communication skills for seamless coordination with US and India teams.

- Willingness to work in US night shift to support our global operations.
