We are hiring experienced International Inbound Voice Customer Support Executives with a minimum of 1 year of international inbound voice process experience. Candidates with experience in any voice-based customer support (Inbound/Outbound) are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries from international customers with professionalism.
  
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
  
• Document customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
  
  
  
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage customer expectations.
  

Required Skill Set

• Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (Inbound mandatory; Outbound acceptable).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  
• Strong customer-handling skills with a problem-solving approach.
  
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage pressure situations.
  
• P1 skillset (voice proficiency) is mandatory.
  

Working Conditions

• 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
