Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice Presidentto join our External Reporting - US Regulatory Reportingteam. This role is located in Chennai.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of regulatory reporting best practices and understanding of Basel rules and regulatory reports
• Validate critical data elements used for exposure and RWA calculations of key exposure categories
• Quarterly, prepare capital analysis presentation and earnings materials for senior Finance leaderships, including the CFO, Head of Investor Relations, and others
• Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports like,,FFIEC 031 and other US regulatory capital reportsto regulatory authorities
• Strong control mindset ensuring data accuracy and strict compliance with established regulatory reporting governanceincluding ICRR/SOX/RCSA mandates
• Manage reporting processes, oversee data issue identification and resolution, and maintain procedure documents and internal controls
  
• Participate infor data systems and support implementation projects related to new products or regulatory changes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, business partners, internal/external auditors and regulators to resolve issues and provide information
• Stay informed about new regulations (e.g., Basel III Endgame) and translate complex policy requirements into actionable system logic
• Lead, Coach, mentor and develop talents on the team

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• CA/CPA/ACCA Qualified with 7 to 10 years of regulatory reporting experience
• Knowledge of Basel capital rules and technical understanding of credit risk products is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at various levels
• Ability to work in a pressure-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of execution
