Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will support the team in mergers and acquisitions, working on valuations, financial modeling, and deal execution.
What you will do: Contribute to deal execution activities, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and the preparation of presentations to clients.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of due diligence reports.
- Prepare presentations for senior management and clients.
- Support the deal execution process from initiation to closing.
- Manage data and maintain records efficiently.
- Research and analyze market trends.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of M&A processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
