Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct talent sourcing to identify and build a pool of potential talent that meets the defined requirements

• Review profiles and portfolios to assess candidates qualifications and experience
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate suitability and alignment using various channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, etc.
• Respond to candidate/coach inquiries and address any concerns or issues they may have
