About the Role:
We are looking for an Analytics Manager / Assistant Manager to manage analytics delivery for FMCG clients. The role will involve owning client deliverables such as Power BI reports, data support, and custom executive presentations, while also improving delivery workflows, documentation, automation, and quality checks.
The candidate will work closely with clients, analysts, sales, product, and technology teams to ensure timely, accurate, and business-relevant analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end analytics delivery for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports, dashboards, data outputs, and presentations.

- Work with FMCG clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Lead and guide a team of analysts, including task allocation, quality review, workload management, and resolution of technical challenges.

- Develop, enhance, and customize Power BI dashboards and reports based on client requirements.

- Gather, analyse, and validate data from SQL databases, BigQuery, Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.

- Ensure strong delivery governance through updated documentation, standardized processes, and consistent quality checks.

- Support client onboarding, solution setup, and ongoing account delivery management.

- Drive automation and process improvements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of analytics delivery.

- Liaise with sales, product, and technology teams to align client requirements with platform and solution capabilities.

- Prepare clear, accurate, and business-focused insights and presentations for client discussions and reviews.
Desired Profile:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven client delivery roles.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python (Good to have) and BigQuery.

- Strong understanding of dashboards, reporting, data validation, and analytics delivery processes.

- Experience in managing analysts or small analytics teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to convert data into actionable business insights.

- Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, app analytics, or customer engagement analytics will be preferred.

- Self-starter with ownership mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
