Manager- Accounting & Taxation - Mumbai

Handling audit, internal control, and direct tax assessment & compliances.

• Statutory audit as per Companies Act.
  
• Income tax audit and transfer pricing as Income tax Act.
  
• Conducting Group Audit.
  
• Income tax assessment and appeal.
  
• 
  Internal control and Internal Audit - coordination with auditors and process owners, tracking of action plan, followup of open points.
  
• Accounting and books hygiene - GL Review, monitoring of provisions,Balance sheet schedules.
  
• Direct tax compliances - Return of Income, TDS return & certificates.
  
• Accounting/reporting coordination with GBSC/Ad-hoc projects.
  
• The role with have internal exposure to all functions locally, group FACT team & GBSC and external exposure to external/internal auditors, tax authorities.
  
• Help to build a robust compliance-oriented organization as regard to statutory regulation and internal policies.

  Get Hired
  Education : Bachelors degree, Masters degree(e.g. MBBS, MSC), Diploma (Qualified Chartered Accountant)
  
• 4-7 years Experience in Pharma industry is desirable, direct tax audit & assessment exposure, MS Office & SAP.
  
• Knowledge of GAAP, direct taxation and experience of internal control framework
  
• Position will be based at mumbai.
