We are expanding our team and are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager – E-commerce & D2C Operations who can oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and manage inventory efficiently across our e-commerce and D2C operations.

About the Role

This is NOT a sit in the office and monitor reports operations role.

You will own the complete warehouse operations function and work closely with production team, and customer operations team. From inventory accuracy and dispatch management to production coordination and team leadership, you will ensure that every order reaches customers on time and every process runs efficiently.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and treats warehouse operations like the backbone of the business. You should be comfortable managing people, solving operational bottlenecks, and continuously improving processes.

What Youll Do

● Lead and manage a warehouse team of approximately 30 associates and supervisors.

● Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

● Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, reconciliations, and system updates.

● Manage order fulfillment operations across D2C website and marketplace channels.

● Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely movement of finished goods and raw materials.

● Monitor dispatch timelines and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.

● Develop and implement SOPs to improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.

● Track key operational metrics and identify areas for process improvement.

● Ensure warehouse discipline, safety standards, and team productivity are maintained at all times.

● Resolve operational issues proactively and maintain smooth workflow across departments.

What Were Looking For

● Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations.

● Proven experience managing teams of 20–30+ warehouse staff.

● Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse processes.

● Experience handling dispatch operations and order fulfilment for E-commerce and D2C brands.

● Ability to coordinate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics teams.

● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.

● Ownership mindset — you dont wait for instructions, you identify problems and solve them.

● High energy and willingness to work in a fast-scaling D2C environment.

Nice to Have

● Experience in Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or D2C brands.

● Knowledge of warehouse automation and inventory management software.

● Experience managing high-volume order fulfilment operations.

● Understanding of process improvement methodologies and operational KPIs.

Compensation & Growth

● ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and capability)
