Marketing - Designer & Creative

BonV Aero | Bhubaneswar, Odisha | Full-Time | Work From Office

BonV Aero is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer – Marketing & Creative to join our marketing team. Youll play a key role in building and maintaining the visual identity of an indigenous defence drone company across digital platforms, product communication, events, presentations, and brand collateral.

• Create social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube & WhatsApp
• Design campaign creatives for product launches, events, awards and milestones
• Develop product flyers, brochures, datasheets, pitch decks and company profiles
• Create designs for defence exhibitions, including stall layouts, banners, standees and event kits
• Maintain brand consistency across digital, print and internal communication
• Design website banners, landing-page graphics and product visuals
• Support video and motion-graphics requirements where needed
• Prepare production-ready files for print vendors.

• 2–4 years of relevant design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW & Canva
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Good command of PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentation and pitch-deck design
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, grids and visual hierarchy
• Ability to independently take a brief from concept to final execution
• Knowledge of print production is a plus
• Video/motion graphics skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut are an added advantage.

Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Your work will be visible across national defence events, investor presentations, Army demonstrations, digital platforms and brand communications. The role offers direct collaboration with the marketing, BD and leadership teams, along with exposure to defence clients and high-visibility projects.
