Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive E-commerce

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support our E-commerce accounting operations. The role involves managing daily financial transactions, reconciliations, settlements, and documentation related to platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have a basic accounting background and a good understanding of e-commerce processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile daily sales, payments, and returns from e-commerce platforms.
• Track commissions, deductions, and GST implications.
• Verify settlement reports and post data into accounting software.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies or pending settlements.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for invoice issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales/payment reports.
• Support the senior team in preparing MIS and financial reports.
• Assist with journal entries, expense booking, and other routine accounting tasks.
• Support compliance activities like GST and TDS under supervision.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1.5 2 years in accounting (e-commerce experience preferred).
