Operations Internship In Bangalore

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing data, and ensuring smooth operational processes.
As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in managing the student lifecycle, addressing student concerns, handling escalations, providing operational support, and maintaining data accuracy. You will work closely with multiple teams to deliver a seamless experience for our students and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end student lifecycle, from onboarding to program completion.
• Act as the first point of contact for student queries and support requests.

• Handle and resolve student escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain and update student records, databases, and operational trackers.
• Monitor student engagement and ensure a positive student experience throughout their journey.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports as required.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation of processes.
• Assist in streamlining operational workflows and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.
