About This Opportunity

Were launching a new BIA center in Saket, Delhi, offering cutting-edge courses in Data Science & AI, Cybersecurity, and 5+ other technology programs. As one of our first two counsellors, youll be instrumental in building this center from the ground up and shaping its success.

Growth Path: As we expand into Finance, Management, and new geographies, youll grow with us - from founding team member to leadership roles in a multi-center operation.

What Youll Do

• Counsel & Convert: Guide students and working professionals through their career decisions, helping them choose the right course from our 7 technology and AI programs
• Drive Enrollments: Own the complete sales cycle - from initial contact to enrollment, becoming the trusted advisor for students and their families
• Build Partnerships: Establish relationships with colleges, placement cells, and educational institutions to create a strong pipeline
• Represent at Events: Showcase our programs at exhibitions, college fairs, and industry demonstrations
• Centre Operations: Coordinate daily activities, manage student database, and ensure smooth communication between trainers and students

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 1-2 years in sales or ed-tech (counselling experience preferred)
• Outstanding communication skills in English - youll be presenting and persuading daily
• Bachelors degree in any field
• Immediate availability

Your Personality:

• Charismatic and persuasive - you know how to connect and convince
• Competitive spirit with a collaborative mindset
• Natural problem-solver who thrives in a startup environment
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools

Compensation Package

?3-9 LPA

• Fixed: ?35,000/month (?4.2 LPA)
• Performance-Based: Up to ?1,00,000/month (Up to ?12 LPA additional)
