Job Description
- The role at Bradken is to support the HR services team in managing time and attendance systems, providing assistance with new hires, leave management, and maintaining employee documentation. You will also be involved in reward and recognition programs, benefits documentation, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in operations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism are essential for this role. Collaboration with colleagues across different countries and cultures is a key aspect of this position.
This is a remote role based in India and is a Fixed Term Role for 9 months.
