Job Description
About the Role :
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise & B2B Sales Lead to drive strategic partnerships within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep industry connections, strong consultative selling skills, and a proven track record in enterprise sales and account management.
You will be responsible for building and scaling corporate partnerships, driving revenue growth, and positioning our skilling solutions as a preferred partner for BFSI organizations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end corporate partnership lifecycle with BFSI organizationsfrom prospecting to deal closure and account expansion
- Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise clients within the BFSI ecosystem
- Leverage existing network and relationships to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account development- Build and manage CXO-level relationships and key stakeholders across client organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing) to customize solutions aligned with client needs
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
Required Candidate Profile :
- Experience : 8-12 years in the BFSI sector, with a strong focus on enterprise sales / partnerships
- Established network and relationships within BFSI organizations

- Proven success in corporate partnerships, B2B sales, or key account management roles
- Demonstrated ability in client acquisition, revenue generation, and account growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a consultative sales approach
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in EdTech, skilling, hiring, or staffing ecosystem is highly desirable
- Exposure to selling learning, talent development, or workforce solutions to enterprises
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
