JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires hands-on ownership of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, along with the ability to work closely with leadership on business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and ensure timely compliance
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital management
• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Support in structuring deals, contracts, and financial decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

SPECIFICATION:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and accounting standards
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

QUALIFICATION:

• Experience working with startups, agencies, or SME businesses
• Exposure to multi-entity accounting or group structures
• Understanding of financial automation tools or ERP systems
• Strong decision-making ability with sound financial judgment under pressure
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior finance team members
• Clear and confident communication with leadership, auditors, and stakeholders
• Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
• Sound judgment in prioritizing competing deadlines and business priorities
