Associate Director - Sales (South)
About the Team :
- The Market Development Team is where the action happens.
- Were closest to our customers and the drivers of revenue spanning Renewals, High Value Memberships (HVM), Hubs, and Retail Centres.

The Role :
Youll work closely with an award-winning leadership team and own the sales strategy and revenue growth for the South region, with a sharp focus on market share expansion.

- Build the growth blueprint for the South region across Planning, Execution, and Quality
- Scale the business at an exponential pace
- Track performance through sales forecasts, revenue trends, customer acquisition, competitor activity, and insights
- Lead day-to-day sales operations
- Hire, train, and build high-performing teams
- Create a strong culture of ownership and results
What You Bring :
- 8-11 years of experience in Sales with proven leadership impact
- Mandatory B2C inside sales experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing large sales or tele-calling teams
