What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be
What Needs To Be Done

• Oversee and manage the purchasing activities of the organization
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Lead a team of buyers and procurement staff to ensure timely availability of materials
• Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions.

• Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze market trends and price developments to make informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and procurement activities
• Collaborate with other departments to align purchasing activities with overall business goals
• Knowledge in Logistics for Inbound and Out Bound local transits
• Basic good knowledge in Imports
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems to streamline purchasing processes

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Capability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to manage procurement costs effectively
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative
• Experience working within an Manufacturing Industry at Purchase department with 10 years & with Qualification of BE/ BTech Machinal Engineering.
