Job Description
Human Resources:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Support training, development, and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Prepare HR letters, maintain compliance with UAE labour laws, and handle HR documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and HR support.
Administration:
- Oversee paperwork related to developer and agency registrations.
- Manage invoicing, record keeping, and renewal of licenses or contracts.
- Coordinate PRO-related work including visas, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage travel bookings, meeting coordination, and daily office administration.
- Liaise with developers, partners, and external stakeholders with professionalism.
- Support management with day-to-day operational requirements and follow-ups.
