About the Company

Bridge Health is building a pharma manufacturing and process development organization focused on scalable, GMP-aligned solutions for essential medicines. We are currently pre-revenue with funded programs active through 2026 and are entering a critical growth phase.

We are seeking a President to lead Bridge Healths commercial growth, operational execution, and organizational build-out as we scale toward repeatable, high-value programs.

The Role

The President of Bridge Health will provide overall executive leadership with full P&L ownership, guiding the organization from early execution into sustainable commercial operations.

This role is best suited to a senior operator with deep experience in pharma manufacturing or CDMO environments, who is commercially strong, execution-focused, and comfortable building structure in early-stage organizations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the President will own most day-to-day and strategic decisions within Bridge Health, with Board oversight on major inflection points.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth

• Define and execute Bridge Healths commercial and growth strategy, initially centered on contract process development and CDMO-style engagements.
• Lead business development and sales efforts across pharmaceutical partners, government programs, and global health organizations.
• Own deal strategy, pricing approaches, contract structures, and long-cycle client relationships.
• Establish Bridge Healths market positioning as a credible, execution-driven GMP partner.

Operations, Manufacturing & Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end execution of process development and manufacturing programs, ensuring delivery quality, timeline discipline, and margin control.
• Lead the scaling of operations across Sri Lanka and India, with strategic engagement in the United States.
• Directly manage international operations in the near term, building organizational structure as scale requires.
• Ensure operational readiness as Bridge Health expands its technical and manufacturing capabilities.

Quality, Regulatory & Risk Oversight

• Provide executive oversight of GMP, quality, and regulatory functions, while remaining ultimately accountable for compliance and product quality.
• Ensure Bridge Health balances innovation with regulatory discipline in all programs.
• Act as the senior escalation point for regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and client-related risks.

Organizational Leadership & Team Building

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory functions.
• Partner with the CEO to transition scientific and technical ownership into a dedicated Chief Science Officer (CSO) role.
• Establish clear accountability, decision rights, and performance expectations across the organization.

Partnerships, Governance & Representation

• Lead strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and institutional relationships aligned with Bridge Healths growth strategy.
• Represent Bridge Health in high-level discussions with governments, global health organizations, and strategic partners.
• Report regularly to the CEO and Board on financial performance, commercial pipeline, operational readiness, and enterprise risk.

Required Profile

• Senior leadership experience in pharma manufacturing, CDMO, or closely related regulated environments.
• Proven success in commercial growth, sales, and business development within GMP-aligned organizations.
• Experience building and scaling operations in early or transitional-stage companies.
• Strong decision-maker with a builder mindset and comfort operating in complex, regulated settings.
• Ability to balance commercial outcomes with mission-driven healthcare impact.
• Prior CDMO leadership experience required.
