Brigade Group - Investment Principal

Responsibilities:
- Deal sourcing, diligence and closure: Sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation (term sheets, SHA/SSA), investment committee presentations, and deal execution
- Portfolio Management: Track business performance, operating metrics, fundraising progress, and strategic initiatives.
- Build Market intelligence: Track emerging trends across UrbanTech, PropTech, Sustainability, ClimateTech, AI, and Industrial Innovation.
What We're Looking For
- MBA/CFA is highly desirable
- 10+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated lead in closing transactions and portfolio management.
- Strong network amongst founders, fellow investors and investment community.
- Deal Evaluation: Ability to conduct financial analysis, assess business models, market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and growth strategies.
- IC & Transaction Closure: Experience in preparing investment memos, organising due diligence and finalising transaction documents (term sheets and SHA)
