DVP - Customer Platforms, Revenue & Automation
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 8+ years
Role Overview:
Lead the strategy, governance and business outcomes of customer platforms including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, CRM and customer engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead management, conversion, customer activation, cross-sell, upsell & retention
- Own Salesforce/CRM platform roadmap, adoption, governance & stability
- Lead Agentforce, AI & automation initiatives across sales and servicing
- Drive customer lifecycle journeys and revenue-focused platform initiatives
- Manage APIs, integrations and enterprise platform ecosystem
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, data quality and security
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations & CX teams
Ideal Profile:
- 8+ years in CRM/Customer Platforms, Digital Transformation, Product, Revenue Operations, CX or Business Platforms
- Strong experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management
- Exposure to AI, Agentforce, automation and APIs/integrations
- Strong business and stakeholder management skills
- BFSI/Fintech/Broking/Wealth experience preferred.
