Job Description
We are hiring for a Head/Director of marketing role. Position based with a large retail organization in Delhi.
Candidates with strong Marketing experience preferred.
:
- Planning, creating and managing offline and online marketing campaigns
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers
- Defining brand positioning.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Marketing communication for the brand for offline/online modes.
- Guarding brand identity and usage
- Update the marketing and PR plan on a quarterly basis

- Managing brand associations
- Planning Media mix
- Vendor/Agency management
- Conceptualizing and Enabling BTL/ATL campaigns
- Conducting marketing research at regular time intervals.
