Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. The specialist will ensure the effective functioning of HR processes to support the organizations goals.

• Minimum 1 year of Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the customer acquisition or similar industry is a plus
