Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Contribute to a proactive service culture by improving responsiveness and issue follow-through.
- Support client satisfaction tracking, including NPS-related initiatives.
- Help improve issue resolution timelines and internal coordination for client asks.
- Monitor service requests, recurring concerns, and client feedback themes.
- Support onboarding execution and help ensure client satisfaction indicators remain positive.
- Develop understanding of customer context, account baseline, and service expectations.
- Support client retention through dependable operational performance and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist in identifying client needs and opportunities that may support account growth.
- Partner with relevant teams on onboarding and account support activities.
- Track and report defect escape metrics and major incident trends.
- Support investigation and follow-up of Sev1/Sev2 issues.
- Contribute to actions that improve platform/application stability and release reliability.
- Assist in proactive monitoring and infrastructure-related improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation tracking for reliability actions, including monitoring and refresh plans.
- Identify repetitive/manual tasks suitable for tooling or AI-based automation.
- Develop or support implementation of simple, scalable internal tools and one-click solutions.
- Document use cases, benefits, and standard operating procedures for adopted tools.
- Promote adoption of reusable utilities, runbooks, and process accelerators across the team.
- Share best practices and efficiency improvements with team members.

- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and review materials.
- Create and maintain runbooks, process documents, and execution checklists.
- Support knowledge sharing to improve team-wide efficiency and consistency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and operations.
